Certain topics discussed in this part of the documentary have given me a valuable insight into why more and more administrators of online communities are moving away from the usual ‘one-to-many’ approach to ‘engage’ their members. Instead they’re adopting the ‘many-to-many’ approach which provides their members with a collaborative platform of greater power from which to self-adminster and strengthen the community.
Could your online projects benefit from applying the ‘many-to-many’ model?

**additional** I know, it’s bugging me too! As some of you may already know, I’m not a techie, so if you’re a Wordpress officianado please teach me how to ‘fix’ this column width problem. Not only will I be extremely grateful, I’ll try and return the favor by reciprocating in some way that’s useful to one of your current projects.
